The Ad Astra 23 convention takes place at the Crowne Plaza Don Valley Hotel, Toronto, with Guests of Honour C.J. Cherryh, Robert Charles Wilson, Patrick Nielsen Hayden, Mark Askwith, Don Bassingthwaite and Gord Rose. The 2005 convention date is TBA; Guests of Honour will include Nalo Hopkinson and Michael Rowe.

The EerieCon VI convention (a.k.a. "the Stairs 'R Us Con") takes place in Niagara Falls, NY, with Guests of Honour Larry Niven, Anne Bishop and Brian Lumley. EerieCon VII is scheduled for April 22–24, 2005, with Guests of Honour Julie Czerneda and Allen Steele.
